Exchange Policy
We remind you that to process an exchange, you must meet the following requirements:
- Proof of purchase.
- The exchange must be requested within 15 calendar days.
- The item must be new.
- The item must not have been used.
- The item must retain its original tags as provided at the time of purchase.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- The item must not have alterations, stains, or signs of use.
Warranty Policy
Each supplier determines a warranty period depending on the product, as indicated on the sales invoice.
Please note: Any alteration or misuse of the product voids the warranty.
To claim a warranty, the product must be presented with its original packaging when applicable (e.g., watches, glasses, helmets).
Warranty Restrictions:
- Warranties are not applicable for products purchased abroad or from other brands.
- Warranties only apply to products purchased directly from Volá. This includes Oakley, Casio, G-shock, and Polar products.
For all warranties, Volá reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit note to apply toward another product. The credit value will be equal to the product’s original purchase price.

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, we will respond to your claim within 15 business days and resolve your request within 30 calendar days if approved.
Shipping Costs:
- The cost of shipping the defective product to Volá is the responsibility of the customer.
- If the warranty is approved, Volá will cover the shipping costs for the repaired or replaced product.
Warranty Timeframes:
The warranty periods for Volá and the products we distribute are as follows:
- Oakley Glasses: 12 months for manufacturing defects.
- Oakley Apparel: 1 month.
- Oakley Bags & Backpacks: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
- Oakley Accessories: 1 month for manufacturing defects.
- Volá Apparel: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
- Volá Embroidery: 5 months for manufacturing defects.
- Volá Caps: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
- Metal Accessories: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
- Casio and G-Shock Watches, Strike Series: 12 months for manufacturing defects.
- Socks: 15 calendar days for manufacturing defects.
