INTERNATIONAL DUTIES
When shipping internationally, the customs authorities of the destination country will impose customs duties, import taxes, and other charges on international orders, as applicable. These additional taxes are customs controls entirely beyond Volá’s control, making it the sole responsibility of the user to pay them.
Please note that the imposition and management of these charges and tariffs are not determined by Volá but rather by the government of the destination country. By proceeding with your shipment, you accept full responsibility to research and confirm the customs duties applicable in the destination country of your package before initiating the shipment.
Volá is not liable if the recipient or the user fails to collect the package from the corresponding warehouse of the shipping company. By this act, the recipient releases Volá from any related responsibility.
