Exchange Policy

We remind you that to process an exchange, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • The exchange must be requested within 15 calendar days.
  • The item must be new.
  • The item must not have been used.
  • The item must retain its original tags as provided at the time of purchase.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must not have alterations, stains, or signs of use.

Warranty Policy

Each supplier determines a warranty period depending on the product, as indicated on the sales invoice.

Please note: Any alteration or misuse of the product voids the warranty.

To claim a warranty, the product must be presented with its original packaging when applicable (e.g., watches, glasses, helmets).

Warranty Restrictions:

  • Warranties are not applicable for products purchased abroad or from other brands.
  • Warranties only apply to products purchased directly from Volá. This includes Oakley, Casio, G-shock, and Polar products.

For all warranties, Volá reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit note to apply toward another product. The credit value will be equal to the product’s original purchase price.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, we will respond to your claim within 15 business days and resolve your request within 30 calendar days if approved.

Shipping Costs:

  • The cost of shipping the defective product to Volá is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the warranty is approved, Volá will cover the shipping costs for the repaired or replaced product.

Warranty Timeframes:

The warranty periods for Volá and the products we distribute are as follows:

  • Oakley Glasses: 12 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Oakley Apparel: 1 month.
  • Oakley Bags & Backpacks: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Oakley Accessories: 1 month for manufacturing defects.
  • Volá Apparel: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Volá Embroidery: 5 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Volá Caps: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Metal Accessories: 3 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Casio and G-Shock Watches, Strike Series: 12 months for manufacturing defects.
  • Socks: 15 calendar days for manufacturing defects.
  • Helmets: (specific warranty details not provided).
