Volá Exchange Conditions

Please be reminded that to make any exchange, you must meet the following requirements:

  • The purchase receipt.
  • The time limit for any exchange is 15 calendar days.
  • The garment or product must be new.
  • The garment or product must not have been used.
  • The garment or product must have its original tags as provided at the time of sale.
  • In its original packaging.
  • The garment or product must not have any alterations, stains, or evidence of use.

Warranty Conditions

All warranties for VOLA products and the products marketed by VOLA have a warranty defined by the manufacturer. To initiate the warranty process, it is essential to present the purchase receipt. If you do not have the receipt, you can request a copy via this email: servicioalcliente@volaflywear.com. Please remember to send all possible details, such as the purchase date, ID number, and phone number.

  • Oakley Glasses: 12 months for manufacturing defects
  • Oakley Accessories: 1 month
  • VOLA Clothing: 3 months for manufacturing defects (does not apply to damage caused by use)
  • VOLA Caps: 3 months
  • Metal Badges: 6 months
  • Other Metal Items: 3 months
  • Socks: 15 days for manufacturing defects
